Okay so the scheduler at Barix called me today and gave me a surgery date! The only thing is that it's not until next yr AND it's on my bday!!! I want to take the positive part out of it and say that it will be a "rebirth" and I would never forget the day, lol.
So I'm scheduled for WLS on Jan. 21st. I just can't believe that on my 25th bday I will be going under the knife to restart my new life. I'm kind of mixed about the date but I'm also so thankful because so many people have been denied for WLS and it only took me 2 1/2 weeks to get approved. I should be so lucky that I have gotten this far and it was pretty much smooth sailing. I am going to switch my outlook on the date and be greatful that I did not have to wait long or at all.
To all of you who have been denied or are still waiting on approval I say take it easy and if this is meant for you it will happen.
As for me I am thinking only positive thoughts from now on and I can't wait 'til my bday and start my new life!

....now I just need a surgery date! So u already know I will be calling Barix like crazy tomorrow while at work, lol 
. I'll update later when I get a confirmed surgery date. I just wanted to tell someone I got APPROVED!!!! whoo hoooo! 
They came back and told me it may just be gas but all my test were normal. Whew! 
I'm glad to hear that because I didn't want to have anything offset my approval. They gave me some kind of Maalox concoction and told me I could leave. I'm still a little uncomfortable but hopefully it will pass. Now I just have to sit and wait for my approval.
