Road Block

 My surgery may have hit a road block. My doctor's office called me on Friday to tell me that I have to have another Echo-cardiogram done. They said that my first one I did in September came back showing signs of pulmonary cardio vascular issues and fluid in my lungs. I asked the nurse to better explain it but she couldn't. I then asked why it took them 5 months to look at the results from the test; again she had no answer. She then preceded to tell me that I need to schedule to have another one done ASAP, but she doesn't think it will affect my surgery. I asked my sister who used to be an EKG tech who is now an EEG tech what it was and she said that it could either mean there could be problems with my heart or my lungs and that when I go in on Wednesday to have another echo-cardiogram done to have them specify which. I'm so worried. I don't want to get on the operating table and the have something go wrong, my heart stop, or something worse. I'm only 32 I can't understand why I would be having heart problems already. I'm leaving this issue in the hands of the Lord. Please pray for me y'all.

UPDATE!!!! Surgery Date Help!!!

 My doctor's nurse called me back and gave me three options for my surgery date. One is March 20th which is a day before my baby girl's 7th birthday, March 26th which is 2 days after her party, and April 17th. I don't have the slightest clue which day I should choose. I'm thinking about the 26th so I can get it done and over with, but I'm also thinking about April 17th because it will give me a better time frame to fly my mom in from Florida so she can be here to help me with the kids.  Help! Somebody help me choose! I have to choose asap! I'm so excited but I'm nervous too. I don't want anything to go wrong during surgery. Y'all pray for me!
UPDATE!!!
WITH MUCH THOUGHT AND HELP FROM THE HUBBY, KIDS, FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND OF COURSE MY OH FAMILY/FRIENDS I HAVE DECIDED TO GO WITH THE MARCH 26TH DATE FOR SURGERY!! I'M NOT GONNA LIE I'M NERVOUS Y'ALL, BUT I'M EXCITED TOO. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A NEW LIFE FOR ME. HALLELUJAH!!!

 Hi Everybody,

I have been feeling a little like crap these past few days because I have some how caught a cold/virus/something. My nose is congested, stuffy on one side and runny on the other. I have a sore throat and a cough and I hav been getting little headaches here and there. I have been having a horrible time sleeping due to this darn cold; which makes sleeping with my sleep apnea machine a nightmare. I haven't been able to exercise for an entire week because my body is weak and sick! BUT today I got some good news to make this horrible cold not the focus anymore. I got home and I had a message on my voicemail from my doctor's office. It was the head nurse calling to tell me that my insurance company APPROVED me for surgery and she was calling to set up my surgery date.   Y'all I screamed to the top of my longs THANK U JESUS! GOD IS GOOD!  and then I jumped and said YES! Lol yes, I know it's sad but I'm so happy and so excited.  Medical Mutual only took a week to decided. I thought it would take at least a month; Lord knows I'm glad it didn't. I am finally getting to the point where my life is about to change drastically  My health is changing which means my life will change. Being healthier and smaller will give me many more opprotunites to do more things like ride my bike with my kids around the neighborhood. I am so excited! I will call the nurse back tomorrow to set up the surgery date. I am walking in a new beginning.

Great News!!!

 I am so exiceted! I recieved some great news today. My doctor cleared me for surgery! Thank you Jesus!  The only thing I'm waiting on now is my insurance. My doctor said he will put in the call to the insurance company. I'm so excited I'm ony a few steps closer to my goal. Wish me luck guys!!!
