Moving On
on March 26, 2008 9:32 am
Hello All  ~hugs~
I am back to work for the last 3 weeks now and I really enjoy this new place, it sure is nice to be doing something that I like to come to every day! I am back in the area of my gym and my eating counselor so that is all good as well and plan on getting back into both of them as soon as I can.

I was sick with the flu and then a bad cold for a while but on day 3 of my meds and I am feeling so much better, my eating has been smaller but I have not dropped any weight, which is weird. I am having my blood checked on April 1st and then seeing the Dr about it on the 8th so I guess we will see what is going on.  I am still hanging around 177 lbs, hoping I would have dropped out of the 170's by now. Well I will just stick to the healthy eating and see what the tests show, getting back into the gym will help me as well! All is good! Just wanted to update you all
~hugs~

Hello All
on February 17, 2008 5:16 am
Wow I have not posted in here since last year! WOW time flies when you working ~lol~ I left the hospital job and back searching for something that I will like doing. I have some things that are in the works so I am hoping for the best!

On the eating note, I am still trying to get myself back into the good eating habits. Also trying to get some treadmill workouts back into my daily plan. I am home right now so I SHOULD have no problem with that but I still seem to. :-( Well I will just keep working on this.

Take care all ~Hugs~

Checking In :-)
on December 31, 2007 1:52 pm
Hello All,
Just checking in with my OH family, posted to the NY board to say that I am sorry I have not been around much. Change of jobs, over eating issues and such so things have been crazy for me. I have gained 28 lbs for so, which is very upsetting since I reached my surgeons goal but not mine of 135 lbs. My surgeons goal was 153 lbs and I got as low as 152 lbs.

Now I am back to my bad eating, making all my new habits go out the window and bringing back in the bad! Now I know I have to regain my control and get myself back on track to lose the added weight and then some.

I am not sorry I did the surgery and I will never let myself be THAT big again! I did not risk my life to just gain back all the weight! I am just not so sure how to get the control back but I will keep trying...

Just wanted to say hello and give a  little update!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Bring in 2008!!!!

New Job
on October 3, 2007 5:52 am
Hello All ~hugs~
I found a new job and start working on Oct 9th It is working in a local hospital in the patient financial services dept. I am very excited about getting into the hospital and will be able to move around once I am there for a while. I now see that this was the best thing that ever happened to me, getting out of the old job is a good thing to be away from all the negative things that were going on there. Well today I have my physical and of course I am nervous about that because they are going to take blood.....EEEEKKKK You all know what kind of baby I can be with that.

Well I just wanted to stop in to post a little update.... ~hugs~

South Beach Diet - Day 10 -8/8/07
on August 8, 2007 4:12 am
Ok well yesterday the world got to me and broke down, I had a cheeseburger (pulled mostly off the bread) and small fries. It was something that was at me ALL day long, to have some carbs!!!! I was good all day holding that off and come 7pm I was done with the trying and just gave in. OK well back on track this morning and I was lucky that this morning I was the same on the scale! Still holding at 160 lbs.

I know WHY I eat that yesterday, I am getting bored being home and really upset that I am not back at work yet! If I was in the right frame of mind I would take this free time to work out,but well, I still have not gotten on the treadmill. I know the heat is part of it since we do not have A/C in the house and it is just to damn hot.  Well I hope for the best today and I will update again tomorrow. ~hugs~
