Hello Everyone!  Today is one of many milestones for me.  I have made it six months with full commitment.  I am so proud of myself that I have been able to stick with this and lose weight.  I haven't felt this good in almost 6 years!  It's sad I know but it's now or never.  This is my time too shine and I am going to do it well.  Things are going really well.  I am happy that after my fourth fill restriction has kicked in.
