Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

I started on the pre-op liquid diet today.  I hope it gets better after day 1 because I'm struggling.  I hate the protein shakes, I'm on only 1 of 4 I have to have today.  I HATE the chewable vitamins, I have to eat 5 a day, I've choked down 3 thus far.  Other than that I'm not a big "sweets" person so eating a lot of pudding, popsicles and jello is really not my idea of a good time.  Here's to things getting better and knowing it's all worth it!
