    Val, you and your advice and support will be missed deeply. Your spirit will however live on with wonderful memories of your journey, support, help and smile. The world is a sadder place with out you but there is now a bright star shining in heaven looking down and shinning your support from above.     I would like to express my deepest regret and condolunces to Val's family. I am truly going to miss Val. She was such a loving and caring person. She was always quick to give advice and compliments and a kick in the butt when you needed it. Val will live on in all of the people who's lives she touched.
