1-17-07 Hello Everyone!  I have not posted in a few days.  I would like to say that my HMO was approved and now I can see a surgeon.  I found a great surgeon by the name of Stephen Carryle and he is the chairman of Barriatric surgery at the The Brooklyn Hospital Center.  I will schedule an appt. for next month and I start my new job this friday.  This is it for now and will keep updating....

NEW JOB

1-11-06 Well, I went to take a PPD today at the new job and get familiar with the place.  That was pretty much my day.  I am still pumped up about my having surgery done in the near future and constantly trying to educate myself.  Everything else is just coming together thank god.  My blog is kind of boring today and actually nothing exciting happened.  Well, I will have more tomorrow......Stay up & Be up

MY NEW JOB!

Hello everyone!  I will be starting a new job as a medication pourer in an adult home.  I am kind of excited about it and I am not.  The pay is low and I will work it for a little while.  I am greatful for the job and the hours are perfect.  It allows me to go to my appointments and spend time with my children.  Still, no word on my insurance and it is very cold outside today.  I am at home supposed to be relaxing and instead I decided to fix up my page.  other than that, I am still motivated and doing my best to eat right.  Anywho, I will post again tomorrow and until then.......Be up & Stay up!

My HMO!

1-9-07 Well, I had a good day today and was able to hang out with my friend Tamara.  All we did was talk and eat.  I forgot to mention that we talked about having a party once we hit our desired weight.  The party is just basically celebrating the hard work and the decision we made to change our lifestyles.  I am so thankful to have a friend like her and someone who thinks like me.  Getting back to the insurance, I will be covered in february and I cannot wait.  Also, I will be starting a new job and that will allow me to take care of doctors visits and my children.  Well, I am constantly posting in the forum and kove the responses.  Feel free to comment on my blog.......smooches for now
