I have met with Dr Richard and was very impressed with him and his staff.rnThey are very nice and professional people and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I am hoping to be having RNY in the very near future. 3 year anniversary

Well it has been the BEST  3 years since I had WLS   my life has changed so much for the better, I can do things I never could do before. I have lots more energy can walk without getting out of breath.  I love going back into OH looking at post getting new ideas to follow for a lifetime of change.  It helps me a LOT I look for receipes that are good and simple which is what I like.
I have lost 97lbs and when I go up 3 lbs I get back on track I DON'T want to gain Back  life it much to good now,.

updating my weight loss page

hello it has been awhile since i have updated I am doing really well, at a plateau at the moment am going to have to up the exercise I have lost a totol of 80pds and have about 20 to go to goal I think will see when i get there has been over 23yrs since i have been at a weight this low I am so HAPPY It has been a very exciting year and I am looking forward to the holidays and dressing up in a nice outfit......
Will try to update again soon I go back to Dr Richard on Fri.  I have not had any problems and have not dumped since about 3mos out sometimes I wish I did would not want to eat things I know I am not supposed to be eating.

8 weeks out and doing great

It has been eight weeks since surgery and I am doing great, have done really well overall and the only thing that is bothering me is getting bored with eating same proteins all the time.  I am really glad that I had the surgery and am THANKFUL FOR MY WONDERFUL SURGEON AND HIS OFFICE STAFF they were WONDERFUL  I cant express enough how glad I am to have found this office.
