I started gaining weight in my 30's. I just kept gaining and when I tried to lose weight it was so hard and I'd end up loosing only 10-20 pounds. I tried the liquid diet and that worked until I started eating solid foods again then it all came back plus more. You know the story. I had LAP/RNY and it is the only thing that worked.
You'll never guess - after I lost weight my boyfriend from high school that I hadn't seen in 40 years came back into my life! What timing.
