it's almost a year

Wow what a crazy year 2010 was between a major tragedy in my family to an abrupt move to losing over 110pounds and total almost 140 pounds into 2 years total. I am not much in explaining symptoms  but for the most part is great having allot of gas but grateful for all the symptom free days due to this surgery. Now I am having increasingly worse pain associated with gynecology. So probably will need exploratory surgery for that now. I was hoping it was due to my weight but now I am super slim and it has gotten worse.
