4 Weeks Today

Today is my 4 week surgiversary....LOL My energy level has finally returned. I am so thankful that I am able to take this journey. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I'm still learning many things about my sleeve. Now, if I could just start learning about it's better-half called exercise!! 
My goal for this coming 4 weeks is to develop and start an exercise routine -- Pray for me!!!
I'm loving this life!!!!
