My Birthday

Well my birthday is this Saturday and I am goign to really get on the ball with my eating after that.  I have not been doing good the past couple days.  I can eat more than 4 oz, and that is not good.  I am going to call and get me another fill.

Getting backin the grove of things for the New Year

Well I had my surgery almost 2 years ago.  Almost a year after having it done I got pregnant, so that slowed me up a little I was eating up everything.  Now I am trying to get back in the grove of eating my 4 oz, and working out.  Right now I am at 218 and I want to be a least 190 by my wedding anniversary which is 4/20/09.  Please pray for me that I can do it!!!!

My Story

I am a mother of 3 beautiful children.  Two little girls and a little baby boy.  I have been overweight for 7 years now and decided to have the Lap Band done.  I just want to be healthy and be able to climb a flight of stairs without getting out of breathe.  It has been 2 years since my Lap band surgery and I got pregnant a year after and now I am trying to get back in the groove.
