Well yesterday was #5 of 6 weigh-ins that my insurance requires before my Dr can submit my case for approval.  Almost done!  Tomorrow I'm being evaluated for PCOS, just one more co-morbidity to add to the list.  I'm still waiting on getting my psych eval.  I should have my appointment within the next two weeks.  I'm trying not to get my hopes up.  I fully plan on being denied the first time around and already have my appeal letter written.  Keep your fingers crossed for me in the mean time.

The pies turned out great!  I made them with splenda and I cant tell the diff.  Eric (my son) was such a big help with getting all the apples cut (16 lbs for 3 pies) and even helped with the house cleaning.  It was a great day!!!

    Eric and I are cleaning the house to some awesome music before Mark gets home from work.  I love spending time with my son, hes turning into a spectacular young man.  He's getting ready to start his sophomore year in high school!  Where does the time go?

 OMG!  Who knew buying a house was such a pain in the a$$?!  I'm loving it, but dang!
