Highly recommended. I came into WLS with High Blood Pressure, Osteoarthritis, Diabetes,depression and Heart Disease, I had had a heart attack and actually died for a few minutes in October 2007. with that came 3 titanium stents, with about 9 medications including daily insulin injections. Initially, i had chosen to have a lapband but because of a large hiatal hernia that he discovered i further decided to have the RNY, thank God Dr. Moran Fixed the hernia and Did the RNY for me at the same time. He told me about the risks involved and i thought that he may have been hesitant because of my medical history but i let him know that i was serious and expecting only the best. I think he studied the situation for a while until He felt comfortable with it. I have to say-Dr. Moran is qualified, certified and bona fide. He puts his heart in his work and looks out for his patients. My Opinion? 10 out of 10, Excellent, The Best. Dont expect him to hang around your bedside chit chatting though (lol) He is a man of few words. My life is better because of him being in it, no diabetes, no high blood pressure no depression 4 dress sizes down and over 50 pounds lighter with the best yet to come because I am a work in progress. Thank You Dr. Moran, You are appreciated.

support your immune system!!! i have learned this from the shingles. the meds are addictive and they slow your weight loss (lyrica for nerve pain)..I just made it back to where i was at the end of sept...however i maintained my weight loss...when i went in for my 6 month checkup in Dec..i had only lost 3 pounds since september when i got the shingles..of course while i was sick i revisited  almost all of my bad habits... but.....almost halfway there now!!!!! Help me Lord
