One Month In

OK today makes one month since my surgery and i feel great still fighting with my mind when it comes to eating right. But i know better so i don't eat anything that isn't good for me. It's going to take alot of getting use to with this sleeve. I guess you can say it's my new best friend. I have lost 20lbs so far which is a great thing. I started the gym this week felt good. One hour a day is good for me right now.
