My Story

My story started as most, I suppose. I was not heavy as a child or teen. The weight slowly started to pile on in nursing school. My last child was about 2 yrs old. By the end of school I had put on the "college 15" maybe a bit less. After trying weight watchers and getting past the first level , I found that if I increased my food intake (per the plan)  my weight would soon go up. I tried exercise, but having a busy life with 3 kids and working in the Operating Room and all it made it very hard to work out. Fast forwarding over 20+ years I am now disabled with arthritis, depression and job injury. My body type is such that I have almost no room between my last rib and hip bone.
