well when sh*t hits the fan boy does it.... last week my uncle went crazy and said a bunch of mean and uncalled for things that hurt everyone... my grandmother died unexpectantly... i somehow didn't get into the nursing program that i wanted to get into with my friends and had to start one that was much harder that started last friday... the other one started in two months... oh and we so can't afford for me to cut back in my hours... so this is going to be stress city... i reverted back to my old ways of eating for a week and gained like 4 lbs.... hope i can get back on track!

well i'm down 50 lbs since my surgery... not too bad but i thought it would be a lot more by now... but then again i haven't been doing my part either... i start taking adipex today too... hope that will get me over the hump and start going down again... I changed my goal weight too.... i will be happy at 180 lbs... thats 70 lbs to go!

No fill for me

yesterday i went for a fill and since i lost 11 lbs in a month the doctor said that it wasn't a good idea for me to get a fill... first time in my life i have heard that i've been doing good with weight loss... so in a way i was excited... anyways lets hope for the best!
