Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench! ~JudyAnne~

Hello everyone.  I am 41 and trying to wade through the set up of this profile.  I live in Southern Colorado and looking forward to truely living here.  Hiking, being more comfortable on our jet skis,  basically moving from hiding behind the curtains into the sunlite and feeling comfortable in my skin.  I married my husband at 155 lbs and looked great for my structure....  but now, WOW.  I cant understand how I did this to myself.  BUT, I will fix it and NEVER go back again.

I taked to my surgical consultant yesterday and she advised me that we are moving ahead sooner. My new date is the 10th of January!!!!!!!!

I am going to go thru the fridge and cabinets to try to replace the less than nutritious foods with things that will benefit me and my family.

Life changes are coming, and I just want to get in the right frame of mind.  Tonights menu is coming from a RnY patient cookbook.  It looks great.
