Liquid diet begins in 18 mins

Actually I will sleep before waking to enjoy my chocolate glucose control Boost.  I am quite nervous because I made an effort this week to do the liquid diet for 2 meals and high protein dinner but I constantly seemed hungry. I am hoping to space meals better over the next 10 days in hopes of preventing the feeling of starving. I will definitely make it and I am excited about my upcoming date. I still have one more pysch visit which will include group. I am interested to get the surgery over with but concerned about the adjustments I will have tl make after surgery. I have had great stories and horror stories and I am remaining optimistic. Surgery is not far away and while I am nervous I am certainly excited.....Until next time
