    Well, as you read this, you are now official a loser. Congratulations. You are on the loser's bench now and as you go thru this journey, you will hit some bumps in the road. We all do. Don't be afraid to ask your questions and lean on any one of us for support. We've all been there. And there ARE no stupid questions....except the ones you don't ask. This was new to all of us at one time or another and we can share our experiences with you and when the next person comes along, you'll share yours with them. That's what makes us family. I am a wls support group leader here in Jacksonville and if there are any questions I can answer for you, I'd be delighted to. Hope to hear from you soon. Again, congrats. La Wanda

Ok I know I have been off of my game by not posting.  I had a little set back with an additional surgery but to God and only God be the GLORY because he has given me the victory and the gift to continue on.  I miss my OH friends.  My son is going to be 1 whole year old on September 1st and I am excited.  Oh yeah and I did get to go to Jamaica last month and had a ball.  I did learn one thing..when they say no drinking..you need to follow that.  I can honestly say, although I have not lost as fast as I thought I was going to, the slow pace is healthy for me and working for me.  I can not wait to see that scale say 199.  The funny thing is there are so many people who would just cry if the scale went anywhere past 140....oh well not me.  199 will be a major accomplishment.  Well I will talk with you all soon.
