    Well, as you read this, you are now official a loser. Congratulations. You are on the loser's bench now and as you go thru this journey, you will hit some bumps in the road. We all do. Don't be afraid to ask your questions and lean on any one of us for support. We've all been there. And there ARE no stupid questions....except the ones you don't ask. This was new to all of us at one time or another and we can share our experiences with you and when the next person comes along, you'll share yours with them. That's what makes us family. I am a wls support group leader here in Jacksonville and if there are any questions I can answer for you, I'd be delighted to. Hope to hear from you soon. Again, congrats. La Wanda

I am excited to see the progress that I have made throughout this year.  I can not wait to see the final result.  I know that I have a lot more energy and my self esteem has picked up quite a bit.
