I was sick and tired of all these weight lost diet hey you name it I tried it all pills, liquid diet,veggie diet , all meat diet ,well and nothing worked then I heard about this surgery and I looked for info and decide that this might really work and so it did it has change my life

hey you guys I will be 7 month out of surgery on 12/25/06. Today is 12/14/06 and my total weight loss has been 71lbs and still going my wishes for this new years is to be at a weight of 150 I know weight 161lbs that means that I have 11 more pds to go lets see If I could do it before the new years comes. Any how I feel more energetic and more healthier than ever this is the best  thing that I did for my self it truly is a life changing  experince .Anyways to change the subject I do have this ugly hanging that I do hope masshealth aproves for surgery after the 1 years and a cupple of month that I have to wait . Well thats all for now I will write to you guys if I got to the weight that I want before the new year .To all have a merry and jolly and wonderful xmas .

well today is 11/16/06 and my weight is at 168lbs and still going and I am so happy

My Story

 Hi my name is Ruth monserrate I got my surgery on 5/25/06 is almost 5 month post-op and I was 232lbs and  actually Iam 175lbs I am a mother of three girls and I am so happy I had this surgery it has change my life I know I have a long way to go but I was a big insulin user like 95 units 3 times a day and know I only use like 3 untis 3 times a day my dream is to be off insulin and to me I am almost there well this is just a little about me so you guys can know my story, thanks and good look to those who havent had there surgery yet god bless to all
