My first impression of Dr Lord was that he does not play at all I thought he was very mean and self centered like he was god or something this was from different comments people were making. That change after I went to his seminar he is cool as cool can be what really made me feel really good was in the hallways at the hospital he always says hello and that made me feel very comfortable that he remember seeing me at his seminar. The office visit was great he took time to explain everything to me and my husband and he also asked my husband did he own a gun because when he finish i will be on fire and my husband will have to fight off all the men he also explained the risk factors and the life style changes that would have to be made. I would refer all friends to Dr Lord any day

I Will Be A New Person In June


Disappointment

Hello everyone I have not been updating because I have been depressed because I have not been able to get rid of my drainage tubes I went to see my plastic surgeon twice lastweek and I got disappointed both times I am not able to get rid of my two little friends but everything happens for a reason so maybe today so i got my fingers crossed i will have pictrues later

Hey everybody I got a chance to get a sneak peak at stomach and it looks sooooooo good even with the swellen that I  am  really flat I can see my belly button I also got on the scale today i weight 157lbs

I Am Home

I am home from the hospital. I was suppose to come home yesterday but I had a fever and my blood pressure went up so I ended up spending the night but I am glad I did I was in so much pain

The Time Has Arrived

Hey Fam just a quick update the time has arrived for me to get ready for surgery on Tuesday I am acutally getting very nervous and I am happy. I am nervous about the pain am I able to endure that pain because I hear that it hurts like hell and they send your ass packing the same day so I won't have a nurse to help me I have to depend on my family to nurse me and thats sucks. I am also happy that GOD has blessed me so that I can pay cash for it my insurance is so very sorry and they didn't pay for nothing

Happy New Year and a New Year it is Well Fam I have 16 days left until my plastic surgery I am so very excited I cant belive that the time has came so fast. I have an appointment nest Wednesday to pay my 4 GRAND wow thats alot of cash to be passing out when times are hard but guess what its worth it and I will soooooooo happy with the results I will keep everybody posted as the time approaches

My Story

 

I am 35 years old married to a wonderful man and 2 wonderful children 16 and 13 years old . I have not been over weight all my life I got this way after having children.I have tried all types of diet pills and weight watchers I could not do because of i really could not count the calories because of the work i do. I work in the operating room and it is volume is really high so basically you eat on the run a lot or eat when you can. I have been researching the wls for a long time now and my husband asked who was complaining about my weight I told him nobody this is something that i want to do for myself I finally convinced him into agreeing to the surgery due to my renal disease my nephrologist told me that if i do not loose a 100lbs i will be on renal dialysis in 2 years and that was something that i did not want to do I want to be able to see my children grow up and have children of there own and i want to grow old with my husband also and spoil my grandchildren.
