Today, I was scheduled to have my final appointment with my surgeon, where I get my surgery date.  Well on Friday they called me to reschedule the appointment for Monday 5/21.  I was pissed because I feel like I've been waiting forever for this date.  So the waiting continues.  I hope to have a date soon.

So like I mentioned before I am not scheduled for my last appointment in order to get my surgery date.  Now I am finally trying to prepare my body for the change.  This morning I am trying my first protein drink ever.  Its the Naked  protein smoothie.  And the first couple of sips and I am trying not to gag.  I think the protein shake thing might be a problem for me.  I've never liked milky products (especially with that powdery/proteiny taste along with it.  . So now I've put it in the freezer to see if I stomach it more if its frozen.  To be totally honest the only shakes I've ever liked in life is Chick Fila's banana pudding  and strawberry shakes..... Please give me suggestions on liquid proteins that are not milky tasting that will get me through ......

 

 Psychiatric Eval completed and even more I got my PCP letter!!!   I hope the hardest things are out of the way.
