Hello my name is Nickie and like most obese people i have been struggling with my weight since i was about 12 years old. I have tried everything known to man kind. Only to have it come back and more. I have been married for 11 years and married my high school sweartheart. We have 2 boys 10 and 12. I am so ready to start going to the movies with them and riding rides with them at the fair, instead of asking someone to ride with them. I am not doing this just to be a size 6,10, or even 12 i want to enjoy my boys before they are grown and out of the house.

I have been denied 3 times and denied 1 appeal. When i called the insurance company myself to see what the deal was and they told me that they see eveything except where i have had a 12 month supervised diet i said WHAT? and she said yes mam you have to have a 12 month supervised diet where you have been seeing a doctor for 12m once a month and if you skip a month it starts all over. I thought forget this i will never have it done then it was like God spoke to me and said you let me worry about tomorrow and you just take care of today so here i am 8 months later and only four more months to go. I am so ready. I am about 5ft7 348lbs black female. I Have high bp and breathig trouble, swelling but you what i can thank God because it could be worse.
