Approved after a year and a half of fighting with them. I had to talk to someone in appeals. Each time i talked to someone they did not see the same things i was always missing something. Dont get me wrong i prayed to my father and he took it from there. I got one person on my case and she found everything that was missing. When they ask for something they want it and they mean it. Make sure you have everything they ask for and make sure each time you go to the doctor he documents your excercise and diet tell him if you are on a 1200 are what ever diet you are on so he can put it in the chart.
It is all about documention documention.

3. 12 MONTHS OF SUPERVISED EXCERCISE KEEP A RECORD OF DAILY EXCERCEIS EACH MONTH LET YOUR PCP SIGN IT.
4.5YRS OF DOUCMENTED HISTORY OF OBESE
5.BMI OF 40 OR MORE
6.NUTRIANCIN MY DOCTOR DID MINE.
THINGS I CAN NOT WAIT TO DO AFTER SURGERY!!!!!!!!!11
1. Run and play with my boys, and ride bikes with them.
2. Sit indian style
3. Wear tennis shoes that i can tie.( instead of always trying to buy slide in shoes.
4.Shop at a regular store for clothes.
5.SEX MOVES MORE THAN JUST HIM ON TOP AND DOGGY STYLE

6.Go to the movies and sit comfortable.
7.Cross my legs with my hands help. (DONE)
8.Cross my legs with no help from my hands.
9. Pedacure my own feet without waiting for my husband to do it.( DONE 9/28/2006)
10.Sit in yard chairs without wondering if i am going to break them are half of my fat stick out of the sides.
11.dance at our family reunion without wondering if anyone will laugh at me from everything shaking.
12.wear heels.
13. Not have to lean on the walls to put underwear and shocks on.(DONE)
14.Not get out of breath are lean on the wall in the shower.(DONE)
15 take a bath instead of shower all the time.
16.Take a shower with my husband and be able to turn around in the tub.
17.Go to the bathroom in a regular stall and not use the handicap all the time.
18. Go out more becasue i will have more clothes to wear than just 3 or 4 outfits that eveyone has seen me in serval time.
I love my husband he has been so suppeorted of this whole things. He has had to put up with wayyyyyyyyyy more than he should. Thank you God for life thank you for my husband and kids.
