Chewing Gum - Just wondering if its ok to chew gum. I am 3 weeks post op on monday......i think it would help keep me from thinking of food!!!!!!!!

2 week post op appt - I had my 2 week check up today!!!!! Surgery date 3/19....236lbs Today 4/3....216lbs! Yah!!!! 20lbs in 2weeks. all those SIPs were worth it!!!! i can start some soft foods now!

2 week post op appt - I was so excited to get on the scale today! Surgery date march 19th 236lbs, today 216lbs.....20lbs in 2 weeks! Yahhhhh! this liquid diet has been worth every Sip!
