I went for a fill on March 2nd and I lost 7lbs in two weeks.  I just joined a pilates class and I love it.  It's hard but worth it.  I am so excited.  I go back in 1 month.  I am up to 5 cc's.

I went to my first Doctor's visit and I only lost 9lbs according to them, I was very disappointed.  I thought I would of gotten a fill, so I didn't eat anything before hand.  I read that you are not supposed to eat before or after a fill.  So I go back to the Dr. on 1/19/09 and I am hoping to get a fill then.

Today's date is Dec. 13th and I had my WLS on Dec. 10th.  I actually thought it would of been worse then what I thought.  My husband and I arrived at St. Francis in Beech Grove around 9:00 and was surgery at 11:30.  They called me back and my husband went with me.  I had to change into a gown, they started my IV and gave me a Heprin shot, so my blood wouldn't clot.  They also put these cool feeling like stockings on my calves and they would and I advised them that I was very nervous and they gave me a Valium, that was the best part of the whole procedure....  Then they came back in and went over some paperwork and then we waited.  The Dr. and Anthe. came in about 45 minutes before the surgery.  We discussed the option of the lap band and he realize band.  I told him that I would rather have the realize band, he said that he would know more once he is in there.

After surgery was over he told my husband that everything went ok.  Now I am 3 days out and I am dong good.  I did do too much the other day because I felt it his morning.  I was in some pain and plus I thought about winging myself off of he pain meds.  I don't really take them on time now, so I need to wing myself off of them.  I would defiantly do this again.....
