    She was hoping to get out today and was up and walking the same day as her surgery. She feels great!!!

8 Week check up

Well Been a while since i wrote in here was waiting for my 8 week check up and i went to today nut said everything is good my lab work came back good and i lost.. 60 pound.. since WLS i was so excited thats like over 10  pounds a week. I feel so much better now i still have those days were its hard to eat but leanrning how to adjust to those im going to wait another 10 pounds then im going to go shopin and buy some new pants my old ones are big .. Im so glad i did decied to do this WLS also my hubby stop smoking and is watching what he eats so we will all be healthy !
