Surgeon Testimonial

Keith Chung, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr Chung was very down to earth at the seminar. He explained everything in detail and patiently took ALL the many questions everyone had. I believe he is very knowledgeable and experienced in WLS and is eager to help all those struggling with these issues. He does his surgeries at Woman and Children in Lake Charles, La. They made me feel so comfortable. They had a gown that was actually too big for me(can ya believe that) and a wider chair to sit in.....I think this is so important. It shows how well prepared they are to take care of WLS patients. I think Dr Chung had a big part in this because he wants his patients as comfortable as possible.

Hardest part of the holidays
I was soooo good..I was walking everyday...I was watching just about everything I put in my mouth....

I think it is because I had a BIG GOAL..it was my brothers wedding....I wanted to lose 50 pounds bytthen..I got to 45...then I fell off the wagon...His wedding was 2 days after thanksgiving...so it has been a month.

I have lost a little bit since then, but nothing to brag about.  I just ate turkey bacon, which is a usual snack fo rme, but THEN....i ate a HUGE CHUNK OF DOUBLE CRISP CHOCOLATE...I am nausous...(I am telling myself right now..you deserve to feel this way)   GRRRR  What the hell is wrong with me..I have not even reached my half way point....This is what I always do on diets...this was not suppose to be that way!!!'

Tonight I tried on a bunch of clothes....it felt soooo great, taht stuff I could not wear last month now fit...with some room....should this be motivation enough????

I found that I can graze...and it goes down fine..I dont like having this knowledge!!!  I also have figured out, that i am doing it at night...prolly because I am tired and not going to bed...hubby is on nights, so I dont like going to bed alone =(    These are excuses I know they are...
