Looking for information on the process, who accepts OHIP, is there any doctors that finance for the tummy tuck etc I hear is always recommended. Any way to get ohip to cover more, I've heard they may even for tummy tuck if it relates to health issues/p

I need  a chewable multivitamin and just found out the one I've been taking has been discontinued. I had bought a few bottles when on sale.

Any suggestions for a chewable one ? I do the centrum when I can find it at Walmart as its the cheapest

Ive been being good.... waching my eats had a few nit so good a week or 2 ago.. but been on track the last week+ and.... im gaining! 7lbs. To me thisnisnt a small oh well i csn grt that gone easily gsin. This is a prob

To say there werent issues before wkuld be a lie.... but... latelt he keeps saying he doesnt want me to get to thin. He was helpful in thr beginning and noe he just doesnt care. Wants pizza and junk

Officially 11 months post op! And 5 lbs away from my goal! A goal my bariatric center said was impossible.  and even with being unable to do much since I injured my ribs.

Lately  ive noticed a feeling i think is hunger... and its occuring fairly frequently... what so you guya do to combat this ? 

Are oats/ oatmeal or recipes made with such good for us? I'm thinking of something that could be portable for my increasingly long school days.

A few days a week i have really long days and no time for a proper lunch and no way to heat anything. I'm hoping you guys can help with some high protein things I may have not thought of.
