Surgeon TestimonialGeorge G. Zorn M.D.Extremely sweet man, and you can tell that he knows what he's doing. I was worried before I met him, but after I was calm and at ease. Dr. Zorn is a very capable surgeon, and I would recommend him to anyone. :)

Thank you everyone for all your support and advice, it REALLY helped. My journey isnt over yet, so Ill still need your support! Thanks guys, so much! The one thing that I've figured out during my journey is that that only constant is change, and if you look at it the right way, it will always be for the better! Godbless you all!!!

I'M SO NERVOUS on August 25, 2009 7:30 am
My mom and I are going to Six Flags for the first time since we've had surgery. I hated going there because I was far too big to fit on the rides. NOW...I have lost about 92lbs since December, and I'm gonna take a chance and try out this park again...PLEASE PRAY FOR ME!!!!! I'm going on the 28th of August. I just hope I'm able to ride again. I hated going on a ride and then the person seating people, would tell me (After an embarrassing struggle to get the saftey harness to get around me) "I'm sorry, you wont be able to ride." Oh man, I'm so scared. Please, friends, keep me in your thoughts on this day.
I know it seems like this is something small but, this is one of the biggest reasons I wanted to have the surgery, to be able to do what normal people do, again. Uugh...Thanx guys, I really appreciate your words of encouragement.
I'll write the next day and let you guys know how it went.

My Story Well, I'm guessing I was just born into a "Big" family. Both sides of my family are "blessed," so naturally I was gonna follow status quo. But, somewhere along the line, it just got way out of hand. Now, its threatening my life, and I wanna live for a long time. The way I'm going now, I'm not gonna last for very long so...here I am. Hopefully I'll be a success story too. I know my weight is not all my fault, it has a lot to do with my genes, but, enough is enough. Now I'm ready to take that big step to a better life. Wish me luck, and I'll see ya on the Loser's side!
