Can I get a "WOW!!?"

Today is Wednesday, April 16, 2008 and I am sitting in WoW WoW land!!!  Okay, so last night I watched the season finale of the biggest loser couples.  Didn't watch a minute of the season, but really wanted to see the last show.  Can you believe a woman actually won it................FINALLY!!!!  Okay, so back to me.  The show really motivated me, which may be the reason I actually tuned in.  At any rate, I got the motivation I needed.  So this morning I was determined to jog.  I have started jogging more and more, but after watching the show last night I was more determined than ever.  So, I did my 2 minute warm up and started jogging.  I set out to jog for 5 minutes.  Well, that came and went.  "So," I said to self, "let's see if you can go 8 minutes."  Self responded, "I got that!"  "So," I said to self again, let's see if you can go 10 minutes."  Self responded, "girl stop playing, I got that too."  Well self went 12.33 minutes which was 1.23 miles!!!!  Did yall read that right.........I jogged a freakin' mile!  One more time for the slow bus............I JOGGED A FREAKIN' MILE!!!!  NEVER in my life have I jogged a mile!  Hell, I didn't jog at all, walk yes, but jog.........not me.  I am so excited!  The human body is a freakin' machine and I am going to push this machine to every limit I possibly can!!!  Stay tuned, I don't know what self might do next!
