Dr. Pomp did an excellent job explaining the various procedures and it was refreshing that he has a great sense of humor. I had questions after I got home (post surgery) and had to call him a couple of times over the weekend. He was always prompt to call me back and he personally returned my calls - not an assistant, etc. All members in his office (Janice & Kim) were very helpful and pretty good about returning phone calls, etc. I also really like Liz Goldenberg, Nutrionalist. rnrnNY Presbyterian Hospital is also one of the best facilities to get your operation. I was in an updated wing with brand new beds, new chairs, plasma TV, etc. It was a very calming atmosphere at the hospital.
