I have to drive 4 hours home after I'm discharged. Should I bring protein powder or something to eat for the way home or just sip water??? I'm still not sure exactly what I'm supposed to be eating. Thanks

Hi. I'm having surgery June 10 2015. I was wondering if anyone had any advice that they wish they would have known prior to surgery?? Anything special they would have taken to the hospital or for post op??
