I had RNY gastric bypass 11-12-09 and have gone off all Rx medications.  My family and my 2 best friends have always been there for me.  My post-RNY mantra is ME FIRST.  I used to always put everyone and everything before me.  I still do a lot for others but I try to put my NEEDS first.
