wow great guy I have great faith in him, he is so very nice. treated me with respect and gave me dignity that I rarely encounter with medical professionals, I was actually very impressed with the whole medical team at munsen medical centre. I am still waiting for tests and a surgury date but he was able to answer all my questions and he put me completly at ease.he was wonderful and came to see me right before surgury right after surgury and later that day , he was so awesome so gentle and so kind and reachable.when my pain meds where making me nauseated he was around to change them right away. he took my drain out himself to save me a five hour drive for just a drain removal. over all he is my new hero I could not have been in better hands I would recommend him and his whole clinic and team to anyone anywhere.Hands down the best surgeon/person I have met in the medical field.

I am so glad I took before pictures it does help you can notice the difference when you are feeling frustrated it helps to see the progress you made.... take lots of pictures they keep you motivated......

ok today was weigh day not impressed I have walked over 9 miles in the last four days and the scale says I am up a pound what the heck???????
I am getting frustrated here..........something better give soon........ or I am gonna crack up......

yep walked another 5 km/3.125 miles today hurting a bit in my feet but overall i feel good with my progress . I saw my doctor today since september I am down 61 pounds, I like those numbers alot.....I also went to northern today and got myself some cute little bra's and panties a first for me to be able to buy them off the rack there it was a nice experience and they are so cute and sexy not granny undies and sports bra's yeah!!!!! I am loving this new me I cannot wait till summer to see what size I will be then........ so far so good...... life is great.

wow I cannot believe how good I feel this evening, I had a good sleep this afternoon dragged my butt up and went walking I walked 3.125 miles/5km tonight and I feel great it was hard doing the last five laps but it felt good to say I did it and in under an hour..... I like this new feeling of energy and it is so weird after that long walk I figured I would be starving I had one egg omelette with the egg beaters and I was stuffed and damn it was so tasty. I got the garden flavoured one mmmmmmmm.... I am becoming the omelette gourmet here . starting to enjoy some variety and finding tasty morsels. it is funny how much I linger over food now.... just to enjoy taste.......lol......

ok slept like crap think I may need to get an antibiotic for this cold I see my doc tomorrow morning at 915 so I think I will wait till then. I am sooooooooo tired today likely as I slept like crap last night with this cold.I am worried it will become pneumonia if I do not get it taken care of soon.One good thing I do not feel like eating today. Glad to have my protien shakes and juice ..hopefully later I will feel like eating.That and I am so damned cold. I cannot seem to get warm today mind you it is minus 29 outside, but the furnace is cranked up too..... gonna do the couch blanket thing this afternoon with olivia for a nap.....uggh I hate getting colds and feeling crappy......
