2 years a go i decided to change my live and i did. On Aug. 4th was i 2 year anniversary and i would do it all over again if i had to. I'm now down to 158lbs from 265. I just recently divorced and happier now than before.  I'm running and boxing 4 to 5 days a week and I love it.  I never want to gain my weight back so I eat right and stay in the gym. I just love my new body. I'm finding out that a lot of my co-workers don't like me or want to sleep with me....so sad. So I learn to keep to my self a lot.
 Over all I'm doing great ...take care until the next time.
