My Story

I am 48 years old and over weight for most of my life. As a mom, I have always put other's needs before my own, but now I am taking charge of my life.  I'm taking care of ME!  I have a beautiful granddaughter and I want to be around to see her get married and have her own children.  If I really want this to happen I have to get healthy.

I have tried all the diets out there and nothing has worked, not to meniton I have NO self discipline.

I hope to lose at least 100 pounds and get back to loving life with lots of energy.
