Hi and welcome! I'm a WAHM (work at home mom) of 4 busy and beautiful kids. I have struggled with my weight since I left home for university. Other than the Dr. B diet, I think I have tried them all.  I am blogging at least once a month so I can look back on my journey to a new and healthier me.  Goals?  I want to be a healthy mom - skinny would be nice but not my be all, end all.
