Goal! Should i make a new lower one?
posted on 7/20/10 10:09 am
I hit my first goal last month and now i am in the process of acheiving my secong goal. My first goal was 155, i am now 151. I never set a goal w/ my doctor, but his nurse said that i should push twards 155. Once i hit 155, i said that i wanted to get to 150. I am just one lb away from that. I am not doing much to lose. I was diagnosed w/ a spinal disease so i have not been working out... to be honest i havent been eating well either. So, i continue to loose (slowly). At my one yr appointment my doctor said that he wouldnt be suprised if i got into the high 140s. My question is... what should my goal be? I am not to the maintaing point. My body is still dropping the lbs. Where should i aim to be?
I am 5'9"
Start weight 309lbs
Today 151lbs (17months post op)

To those who are similar heights.... where did you set your goal?
thanks in advance!
Jennifer
