I just wanted to thank you for all the prayers. My knee is healking slowly, But at least it is healing. I was unable to put much pressure on it, So i started water aerobics. Man You talk about a work out. I hit a stall in my Lb's coming off.I went to Jamaica on a mission trip and ended up losing 16-20 lb's on the trip and the lb's started dropping again... I am now down to taking 1/2 of my pain meds for my back and my hair is growing back after a 10 years period of hair lose.(GO FIGURE) I just wanted to thanks all of you for the prayers and all the good karma that has been sent my way. IF ANY OF MY FRIENDS( OR ANYBODY IN GENERAL) NEED ANY INFO OR ADVICE FEEL FREE TO HIT ME UP...
