Reflection #5

Okay I feel I did well with my goals this week again :-) 1. I logged all my meals everyday 2. I joined myfitnesspal and  logged my meals 3. I  didn't skip any meals 4.I took my vitamins/minerals daily without fail 5.I drank No pop 6. I drank 1.5-3 liners of water daily. 7. I kept my frozen treat trip to 1 or less. 8. No eating after 8pm. 9. I bought andctried a couple protein supplements eeewww this is going to be hard. I'm still waiting for more to arrive so I can continue sampling.  I had other goals that I worked on as well but feel I need to improve on them so I'my not going to add any goals.this instead I'm going to work on achieving 100% goal success. 10. No ice tea or substitute with Nestea Zero (I totally forgot I had changed this goal from 1 to zero so I had 1 ice tea this week) 11. Eating out just 1 trip per week (I had appt's everyday this.week that kept me away from for meals but I did try to make healthier choices no pizza or burgers instead I chose a grilled chicken sandwich, a sub and a bagel) 12. Focusing and eating my meals more slowly (I am working on this but I find I get distracted very easily by the kids and hubby need to improve) 13. No fluids with meals or 30 minutes after. (getting much  much better but still need to remember not to bring a drink to the table) Last but not least 14. No added sugar and watching labels not eating food that has sugar in the first 3 ingredients (I foolishly assume some foods I thought were very healthy would not have sugar in the first 3 ingredients and just went ahead and ate them Greek yogurt and Life cereal. I looked later and found I was very wrong. I think this is something I need to discuss with a dietitian. I will continue to work on this but will not be as strict. I will eat my Greek yogurt but skip the cereal till after I can discuss this with a dietitian. Again I'm not going to add any new goals instead I'll really focus on No ice tea, focusing and eating slowly, no fluids with meals and 30 minutes after and reading labels to ensure I eat No added sugar. Wish mecluck this week here I go.
