Ever since grade school I was overweight. In high school I was in the 250lbs mark. After college and entering the workforce I began the crash diets. Losing 60-80lbs and gaining it back in a few months was a way of life for the next 10 years. Like most overweight people, you name it, i've tried it. Atkins, cabbage, Ioanamin, PhenPhen... they were all part of my life at one point in time. I entered the workforce at an early age in my life. Althought the money was extremely good, it was a very physical and strenuous job. Unfortunately, I suffered a workplace injury. Unable to walk or move for years, the weight piled and piled on.
