 This class was very interesting.  I got on the scale and it showed 218.0.  Goody, lost a pound.  Then one of the people in the class said he got on the scale 4 times and never got the same reading.  So I proceeded to do the same thing.  4 times 4 different readings, 218.0, 214.4, 217.4, 216.6.  Turned in all 4 and wrote a note that I will choose the weight I go by next week.  If I chose the lowest number then I might gain next week.  If I chose the highest I only lost 1 lb.  I really did try this past week.  I'm not getting enough vegetables and fruits.

Another week of class gone by.  Stayed the same (219.0).  These classes are so boring.  At least I have a book to read, but the teachers (both young enough to be my daughters) are just showing us a slide presentation and talking a little.  Mostly reading off the slides.  But I have to do this.
