Hey all how’s things going …well I went to a support group last night and got on the scale .and I down 57 pounds from day of my surgery .the 26 of this month I will be 3 months post. I was a lil angry last month I lost hardly anything but it seams to be picking back up now so I am happy again. Still not having any hard craving that I can’t stop thinking about. That’s a good thing .have not had any sweets yet I am scared they might make me sick. The only thing I do think about is soda sometimes it smells so good. The crazy thing about that is I never was a soda drinker lol.

i am now post a lil over 2 months and down 45 pounds. and feel
sooooooo good. my knees dont bother me a bit, i dont have as much
trouble getting up and down out of the low chair i love sitting in.
and most of all i sleep sooooooooo good. i sleep all night. i dont
wake up gasping 4 air i even lost a few pillows so i lay more flat.
befor surgery i would sleep sitting up. can i say i love my new life.
and sooooo glad i did this.
