Support Group Tonight

Well I have my support group tonight so I will get my new weigh. I hoping I lost at least 10 pounds not sure I was doing so good with working out to it got hot hot hot. Then I stopped dammmmmm , I was hoping for 15 pounds but with less working out I know I did not hit my monthly gold. I not going to cry over it I just have to work harder on it…
