Sleeve to RNY in the morning. Cant wait to be rid of the reflux and lose some weight. A bit nervous - i HATE needles but looking forward to next steps. ( lol , i a nurse, can dish it out but cant take it!)

Received approval for VSG to RNY. Surgery Oct 9. So relieved! looking forward to relief from GERD and getting wt loss back on track.

Had VSG in 2013 - lost 9O lbs and kept if off for two and half years. Regained exactly 20 lbs in past 6 months sooo starting today back on track. My problem was grazing. Back to structure - I will do this. Also commit to reading this site every day lik
