The waiting is the absolute worst.  Well, I started this all one year ago Mothers Day!  I was going to go to Buffalo General but the mortality rate was to high.  So in September 2008 I attended one of Dr. D's seminars he is the best doctor I ever met.  Dr. D is so very down to earth but still acts like and cares like a doctor should.  Well, I got my first doctors appointment on March 4 , 2009 and went and had the weigh in that i dreaded at that time I weighed 236 lbs. was told I had to lose 12 lbs. get blood work, do a sleep study , psych evaluation and and see a nutritionist.  So off I went to get all that completed and  lose my 12 lbs Well , I did better then that I lost 22lbs when i stepped on the scale on June 3 , 2009 and was told that I needed to come back on July 8,  2009 for my consultation with the doctor and my husband. I was approved on June19,2009!
