My meals of the day:
Brkfst: 1oz reg-fat brick cheese
AM Snack: -
Lunch: 2oz ground veal, 4 vegetable flavor melba toasts
PM Snack: 1 cup clamato juice
Supper: 1oz 4% fat cheddar cheese, 1 slice whole wheat toast with 1 tsp margarine
Evening Snack: 1oz reg-fat brick cheese
Water: 24oz

Down another 2lbs... Yippee! 4 more pounds and will lose the 300's can't wait, will be much more encouraging :-)
Had to retire my favorite black slacks not because they're too loose but because they've become way too long !?!?!
I guess I've lost a bit on the butt & hip area :-)

Brkfst: 1 c. Kashi Go-Lean cereal, 1 c. skim-milk
AM Snack: -
Lunch: 2oz ground veal, 15 vegetable thins crackers, 1/2 small tomato
PM Snack: -
Supper: 2oz mediterranean chicken deli, 1oz cheddar cheese

I NEVER... NEVER... NEVER... thought that eating would become a chore, for the last 2-3 days I dread eating, have absolutely no appetite and everything just doesn't taste good.
My meals of the day:
Brkfst: 1 c. All-Bran Honey-Nut, 1 c. skim-milk
AM Snack: -
Lunch: 50ml ff sf yoghurt
PM Snack: -
Supper: 2oz mediterranean chicken deli, 1oz 4% cheddar cheese, 5 vegetable thins crackers
Evening Snack:
Water: 32oz

Today I spent about 3 hours outside cleaning out all my flower boxes and pots and putting away my patio set with my boyfriend doing all the heavy lifting :-) It's been getting real cold outside and just couldn't put it off anymore...

PM Snack: -
Supper: 2oz roast beef deli, 1/2 c. broccoli
Evening Snack: protein shake - strawberry/banana

YIPPEEEE !!!
50 pounds Gone Forever !!!
Weird... Weird... Weird... Had ground beef patty on BBQ for lunch, no problem then for supper cut it up in little pieces and put it in a tomato sauce (meat was a little dry) and only had a few bites and threw it all up... ???
My meals of the day:
Brkfst: 1 egg scrambled, 1oz 4% cheese
AM Snack: -
Lunch: 2oz ground beef patty BBQ with 1 ff swiss cheese slice
PM Snack: -
Supper: 2oz ground beef patty cut up with vegetarian tomato sauce and parmesan cheese (couple of bites only)
Evening Snack:
Water: 24oz

Had a great week-end, my sister came down from Toronto with her husband and twins, and we went up north to our cottage in St-Adolph d'Howard in the Laurentians and it was FREEZING !!! On Sunday we celebrated an early Birthday for the twins :-)
I am still having trouble to keep my food down, had supper about 1oz of fish and threw it all up :-(
Sunday was the same had a few bites of chicken cacciatore and threw up part of it.

Brkfst: 1 egg scrambled, 1 ff swiss cheese slice
AM Snack: -
Lunch: -
PM Snack: -
Supper: 1oz ocean perch, 1/2 tsp evoo
Evening Snack: Whey protein shake - strawberry

It's 4 weeks today since my surgery, boy does time fly...
My meals of the day:
Brkfst: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/4 c. apple sauce
AM Snack: -
Lunch: 200ml sf ff yoghurt smoothie
PM Snack: 1oz 4% cheese, 4 melba toasts
Supper: 2oz rotisserie chicken in 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, red peppers and onions
Evening Snack: 1oz 4% cheese
Water: 32oz

Yayyyy !!! Another pound lost !
Was sick again this morning, just finished having my last bite of breakfast that it all came back up... with the nose bleed also...
Urghhh !!! There goes my protein :-(
